Roast rabbit on the fire

This recipe is for those who love the true taste of summer. Krolikoff rabbit meat is tender, flavorful and incredibly juicy even on an open fire. Ideal for a picnic or a country weekend.

Ingredients:

  • Krolikoff rabbit meat – 1.5-2 kg (cut into pieces)
  • Kefir – 200 ml
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Red paprika – 1 tsp. spoon
  • Salt – to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the kefir, mustard, paprika, and salt.
  2. Put the rabbit pieces in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes to allow the meat to soak up the flavors.
  3. Place the rabbit on a wire rack or skewer it.
  4. Fry on an open fire or charcoal, like a kebab, until golden brown.
  5. Check for doneness – the meat should be soft and easily break apart in your hands.

Soft, flavorful, incredibly juicy – this is a rabbit that you want to taste again and again.
