The production facility is modeled after leading European enterprises:
- The French technology of rabbit farming is used;
- The latest generation of European equipment is used;
- All processes are automated: from microclimate control to feed and water supply;
- The production facilities are equipped with modern temperature and humidity control systems, which guarantees consistent product quality.
Krolikoff Farm
In the heart of Ukraine, among quiet fields and clean air, lies the village of Ivanky. Here, on 12 hectares of land, is the country’s largest rabbit breeding farm.
Every day, more than one hundred thousand furry animals are born and grow up here. They grow up in warmth, care and attention, in spacious, climate-controlled rooms where fresh air, clean water and balanced feed are automatically supplied.
The Krolikoff farm was built using French technology and is equipped with unique European systems that are not found anywhere else in Ukraine. All processes here are computerized and mechanized, from feeding to microclimate control.
The farm has its own feed mill with a capacity of 3,000 kg per hour and a huge hay storage facility with a capacity of 800 tons of hay.
It is a true full-cycle farm where every detail is thought out to ensure that the animals have the best conditions for growth.
Healthy animals raised on natural feed are an important step on the way to producing high-quality meat products.
Processing complex
In the village of Dzenzelivka in the Cherkasy region, Krolikoff has built a modern processing complex covering 3 hectares. It has a slaughterhouse, meat processing and packaging shops, as well as a hide processing shop. The state-of-the-art Italian Verderio Impianti line allows slaughtering up to 1,000 heads per hour, minimizing manual labor and ensuring that the meat reaches the consumer in the highest quality.
The products are cooled, frozen or blast frozen in special cold rooms. All this preserves its benefits, tenderness and natural taste.
The company’s product range is constantly growing. Initially, it was only rabbit carcasses, but today Krolikoff offers different types of cuts: hind legs, shoulder, loin, deboned meat, offal, and soup sets. The products can be chilled, frozen or marinated.
Recently, a new direction has been opened: the production of rabbit delicacies. Sausages, bratwursts, cervelat and smoked meats have a rich flavor, delicate texture and are unique among other meat products. They are suitable for dietary and baby food, as well as for the festive table.
