The meat is soft and juicy, and the leeks add a delicate sweetness. It tastes great with rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Front legs of the rabbit &#8220;Krolikoff&#8221; &#8211; 2 pcs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ghee &#8211; 1-2 tbsp. spoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leeks &#8211; 1 pc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pear and mustard sauce &#8211; 3-4 tbsp. spoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water &#8211; 100-150 ml<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fry the rabbit legs in ghee on both sides until golden brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the roasted meat to a ceramic baking dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry the chopped leeks in the same skillet until soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the leeks to the rabbit, brush with the pear mustard sauce, salt and pour in the water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the pan with a lid or foil and bake at 180\u00b0C for about 1 hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve with hot rice.
